Easy Cheesy Breakfast Stuffed Bagels

(or prepare number of bagels you need)

Preheat the oven to 200°C

Ingredients

4 bagels
4 eggs
50ml milk
100g Dromona Grated Cheddar
4 slices of bacon – diced with fat removed
1 red onion – diced
2 scallions – sliced
Salt and pepper to season

Made for sharing:

You can switch up the fillings as you please but we definitely recommend a good helping of Dromona cheese for the perfect results!

How It’s Done:

Whisk the eggs and milk in a bowl
Add the rest of the ingredients & mix
Slice the top off each bagel (quite thinly) and scoop out the middle.
Spoon the mix into the bagel and cook in a pre-heated oven at 200°C for 10 minutes or until golden
