Preheat your oven to 180°C
Ingredients
125g DromonaButter
100g Light brown sugar
75g Caster sugar
1 Egg
1 tsp Vanilla essence
300g Plain flour
1.5 tsp Baking powder
1/2 tsp Bicarbonate of soda
1/2 tsp Sea salt
300 g Chocolate chips (150g Milk ,150g White)
Made for sharing:
If you fancy even more chocolate flavour, replace half of the white chocolate chips with dark chocolate to turn double into triple chocolate cookies…yum!
How It’s Done:
Add butter and both sugars to a bowl and beat till creamy.
Add the egg and vanilla and beat again.
Add in the plain flour, baking powder, bicarbonate of soda, and salt and beat till a cookie dough is formed.
Add in your chocolate chips and beat till they’re distributed well.
Weigh your cookies out into eight cookie dough balls – they’re about 110-120g each.
Once they’re rolled into balls, put your cookie dough in the freezer for at least 30 minutes.
Take cookies out of the freezer and put onto a lined baking tray. (3/4 cookies per tray)
Bake the cookies in the oven for 12-14 minutes.
Once baked, leave them to cool on the tray.
