you will need a saucepan and a baking dish.
preheat the oven to 200°C
Ingredients
50g Dromona Butter
500ml whole milk
1 bay leaf
50g Plain flour
Shredded leftover white turkey meat
Shredded leftover ham
Leftover root veg, cut into chunks
Shredded Leftover Brussel Sprouts
Leftover mashed potato mixed with stuffing to top
Gravy & cranberry sauce, to serve

How It’s Done:
Add the milk, plain flour, butter and bay leaf into a saucepan.
Place the saucepan over a medium heat and whisk continuously until the butter melts and the sauce is thickened & smooth. Season with salt & pepper. (You’ll want to remove the bay leaf before using)
Mix the shredded turkey meat, ham, root vegetables and shredded sprouts into the white sauce.
When thoroughly mixed, tip into a baking dish and leave to cool.
Once cooled, top the mixture with the mashed potato & stuffing mixture. Smooth out the edges, then fluff the top up with a fork to create ridges.
Bake at 200°C for 30 minutes until golden on top.
Add a big dollop of cranberry sauce into the gravy mix and serve.
