You will need a heatproof bowl and a baking tray.
Preheat the oven to 180°C
Ingredients
150g Dromona Butter
125g soft brown sugar
2 tbsp golden syrup
250g rolled porridge oats
1 pinch salt
1 pinch ginger
50g dried blueberries

How It’s Done:
Add the butter and golden syrup mixture into a pan on low heat, stirring often until the butter is melted.
Remove from the heat and stir in the sugar until combined.
Add ginger, salt and blueberries to the oats and combine. Add in the melted butter mixture and stir until everything is coated.
Turn the mixture into the prepared baking tray. Spread evenly and pack firmly.
Bake for 20 minutes until a light golden in colour , giving you a soft flapjack.
Leave in the tin until almost cold then cut into pieces.
