You will need a large casserole dish/skillet.
Preheat the oven to 180°C
Ingredients
250g macaroni pasta
50g butter
2 ½ tbsp flour
750ml milk
250g Dromona Cheddar
2 tablespoons butter
50g bread crumbs
1 pinch paprika

How It’s Done:
Cook macaroni according to the package directions. Drain.
Melt butter in a large pan over low heat. Gradually add flour, whisking until well combined. Slowly pour in milk, whisking constantly until smooth.
Stir in the cheese, and cook over low heat until cheese is melted and the sauce is a little thick. Put macaroni in large casserole dish/skillet, and pour sauce over macaroni. Stir well.
Melt butter in a pan over medium heat. Add breadcrumbs and brown. Spread over the macaroni and cheese to cover. Sprinkle with a little paprika.
Bake in the oven for around 30 minutes and serve.
