You will need an oven proof dish and a bowl.
Preheat the oven to 170°C
Ingredients
1kg bramley apples
1/2 lemon, juiced
175g caster sugar
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
350g plain flour
175g Dromona butter, chilled and diced
100g caster sugar

How It’s Done:
Add the butter and flour to a bowl and using your hands crumble together to make a breadcrumb consistency. Then stir in the sugar.
Heat the oven to 170 degrees. Cut the apples into quarters and remove the cores. Add the lemon, sugar and cinnamon. Put the apples in an ovenproof dish and scatter over the crumble mix, sprinkle over some sugar on top.
Bake for 40 minutes until golden brown and it bubbling around the edges. Now to decide what to serve it with
