You will need a pan and a large baking dish.
Ingredients
3 large Chicken breasts
Bacon, 6 rashers
400g Pasta
1 large Onion
2 Peppers
2 cloves Garlic
Tin of tomatoes
1 tbsp Tomato purée
120ml Double cream
Mixed herbs
100g Dromona Cheese, grated
Cheese and onion Crisps, 2 bags

The perfect pasta bake, smothered in Dromona cheese and topped with crunchy crisps, this recipe is great for when you want a pasta bake with something a little different than the usual! #makeoursyours
How It’s Done:
Cook the pasta in boiling water for 5 minutes.
Cook the chicken in pan with a little oil, add in the onions.
Once the chicken is sealed add in the peppers, mixed herbs, salt, pepper, tomato purée and garlic.
Stir in the tinned tomatoes, cream, cooked bacon and bring to a gentle bubble.
Transfer everything to a large baking dish, add in the cheese and sprinkle the crisps on top.
Place in the oven for 20-25 minutes.
Enjoy with some crusty bread and Dromona butter.
