Easy Cheesy Breakfast Stuffed Bagels

Serves 4

(or prepare number of bagels you need)

Preheat the oven to 200°C

Ingredients

  • 4 bagels
  • 4 eggs
  • 50ml milk
  • 100g Dromona Grated Cheddar
  • 4 slices of bacon – diced with fat removed
  • 1 red onion – diced
  • 2 scallions – sliced
  • Salt and pepper to season

Made for sharing:

You can switch up the fillings as you please but we definitely recommend a good helping of Dromona cheese for the perfect results!

How It’s Done:

  1. Whisk the eggs and milk in a bowl
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients & mix
  3. Slice the top off each bagel (quite thinly) and scoop out the middle.
  4. Spoon the mix into the bagel and cook in a pre-heated oven at 200°C for 10 minutes or until golden
