1/2 tsp baking powder
2 3/4 of flour
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup of softened Dromona butter
1 1/2 cups of sugar

How It’s Done:
in a small mixing bowl combine the flour, baking powder and baking soda. stir and set aside.
whisk together the Dromona butter and sugar until smooth, add in the egg and whisk.
gradually add in the dry ingredients.
using your hands, roll into small balls about a teaspoonful size and set onto a baking tray.
bake for 8-10 minutes, until golden brown.
decorate with icing as you like!
