Preheat the oven to 200°C
Ingredients
500gItalian sausage
1small onion, chopped
2clovesgarlic, minced
680g spaghetti sauce
1 tin diced tomatoes
235mlwater
1/2tspdried oregano
1/2tspdried basil
230gpenne pasta
Sliced pepperoni
300g Dromona Medium Cheddar

How It’s Done:
In a large skillet brown the sausage, onion and garlic. Drain any grease.
Add in the spaghetti sauce, diced tomatoes, water, oregano and basil. Stir to combine. Add in the pasta and carefully stir to combine. Cover and simmer for 10-15 minutes or until the pasta is tender.
Top the pasta with a plentiful supply of Dromona cheese and pepperoni. Cook in the preheated oven for 3-5 minutes or until cheeses are melted and bubbling, the pasta is cooked and the pepperoni is crispy.
