Ingredients

Ronan’s Garlic Butter

500g Dromona Butter
8/10 cloves garlic, crushed
1 tbsp onion salt
Handful of chopped parsley
Salt & Pepper

6 large potatoes, 1/2cm cubed
2 tbsp Ronan’s garlic butter
Salt & Pepper

How It’s Done:

Heat a large pan with a drop of olive oil, add the potatoes and cook until golden.
Once the potatoes are golden, add the garlic butter and take off the heat.
Mix the garlic butter into the potatoes and season.
